Direct embroidery stitches your logo straight into the front of the hat. It looks clean, feels premium, and holds up for years. It is the most popular choice for custom logo hats, especially for staff uniforms and client gifts.

Choose it when: your logo is simple and you want a timeless, professional look.

Embroidery is priced by stitch count, so a smaller or simpler logo costs less.

Patches: the on-trend option

Custom patch hats are having a big moment. The patch is made first, then sewn or pressed onto the hat. Patches come in several styles:
